Severe
Chemical Burns : Phosphor Burn Treatment with MEBO
The progressive injuries of chemical burns would
aggravate the wounds. And the absorption of toxin could affect
functions of all organs.
MEBT combined with systemic support fit
for
all kinds of chemical burns and could get predominant effects.
1. Male, 36 years old, liquid phosphor burn with
TBSA 80% (65% of deep second degree. 15% of
third degree)

2.Remove the phosphor
drop
on the wound as soon as possible. Smear MEBO on to the wound with a
thickness of 1 mm to isolate the residual phosphor with air in order to
stop the damage to the burn wound. ( or MEBO oil gauze can be spread
onto the wound.)

3.Renew the medicine every four hours. Remove the
phosphor drop completely when clearing the residual ointment. The
thickness of MEBO should be 1 mm. Liquefy
the necrotic skin tissues and discharge it to promote
epithelium regeneration. (39 days post burn)
4.The wound physiologically recovered under the
action of MEBO (53 days post burn)
